Terms & Conditions
1. Validity – This quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices and availability are subject to change.
2. Pricing – All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional hardware or services requested will be charged separately.
3. Payment – 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
4. Delivery & Installation – Estimated delivery and installation timelines are subject to availability. Delays due to client-side issues may incur additional charges.
5. Warranty – Hardware warranties follow manufacturer policies. Software configurations are covered for 7 days post-installation. Extended support is available at an additional cost.
6. Cancellation & Refunds – Orders cannot be canceled once processing begins. No refunds for services rendered; hardware returns follow manufacturer policies.
7. Liability – Cognivex is not responsible for data loss, security breaches, or operational downtime. Clients must maintain backups and system security.
8. Post-Implementation Support – After project completion, we offer 30 days of free remote support. Any on-site support required within this period will be chargeable. After 30 days, all support requests will be billed accordingly. Clients can also opt for a monthly AMC plan for continued support and maintenance.
